    AudioVisual Communication Foundation was established in 1993, initially focusing on promoting cultural education, arts and media, assisting broadcasting media, and dedicating itself to Taiwan's audiovisual development, cross-strait audiovisual exchanges, and providing a public platform to enhance artistic cultivation among young students.<\/p>

    The foundation has co-organized the Taipei TV Festival since its inception in 2004, successfully leading Taiwan's audiovisual industry towards international development and establishing a common trading platform for Asian television programs. In recent years, the \"Taipei TV Festival\" has become an annual highlight in the Asian television industry.<\/span><\/p>

    The foundation organized the \"2013 Taipei TV Festival,\" \"2014 Taipei TV Festival,\" and \"2015 Taipei TV Festival\" with a focus on marketing \"cultural and creative soft power.\" The main theme was \"Expanding Original Content and Strengthening the Industry Core.\" Through these events, the importance of cultural and creative resources in the audiovisual industry was highlighted. In addition to inviting television, film, post-production, and related hardware and software industry professionals, the foundation expanded its invitations to include publishing, creative, and other cultural and creative industry professionals. This approach aimed to gather the enormous energy of audiovisual and cultural creation through horizontal cross-industry marketing and vertical creative integration, igniting new business opportunities in the new era of the television industry.<\/p>

    In organizing the 2014 International Digital Content Exhibition, the foundation invited renowned domestic and international television stations, video producers, audiovisual communication companies, and production companies to participate, providing opportunities for audiovisual content creators to connect with excellent international broadcasting platforms. To provide the cultural and creative industry with opportunities for international connection, the foundation organized the \"International Audiovisual Industry Forum,\" inviting well-known overseas audiovisual and cultural creative experts to Taiwan to share international experiences and interact with domestic and international academics and industry professionals. This initiative opened up discussions and dialogues within society and the industry on the topic of \"enhancing the audiovisual and cultural creative industry.\"<\/p> <\/div>\n\t\t \n

    This foundation was established in 1993 by representatives from the Taiwan Audio-Visual Recording Industry Association, the Republic of China Audio Publishing Association, and the Republic of China Film and Television Production Association. It is a service-oriented, non-profit, professional communication institution. Its purpose is to disseminate audiovisual culture, organize relevant industry seminars and recreational activities, and implement social education and service. This includes the following:\n
    <\/p>

    1. Matters concerning the organization and professional services of audiovisual cultural communication.<\/li>
    2. Matters of promoting audiovisual culture and improving the quality of national life in line with current economic and cultural development needs.<\/li>
    3. Matters of expanding social welfare activities in line with government social welfare policies, promoting social harmony and unity.<\/li>
    4. Matters of promoting government policies and increasing public awareness of government administration and legal regulations.<\/li>
    5. Matters of organizing cultural and academic lectures and recreational activities beneficial to the physical and mental health of all citizens.<\/li>
    6. Matters of audiovisual software production.<\/li>
    7. Other relevant matters for achieving the purposes of this foundation's charter.<\/li>
    8. Matters of strengthening cross-strait film, television, and broadcasting cultural exchanges in line with the government's cross-strait mainland policy, and related services and activities.<\/li><\/ol> <\/div>\n\t\t \n

      The \"AudioVisual Communication Foundation\" adheres to the belief of \"entrepreneurship through love, changing the world through action,\" and is committed to building bridges connecting families, communities, and society through innovative public welfare activities. We believe that every small action contains the power of change, and every interaction is an opportunity to nurture the future.<\/p>

      Our core projects\u2014\"The Art of Motherhood,\" \"Parent-Child LEGO Activities,\" and \"Little Aviation Dynamics\"\u2014are not just simple charitable activities, but platforms for inspiring creativity, uniting families, and cultivating a sense of social responsibility. Through these activities, we aim to bring parents and children closer together while fostering participants' creativity, teamwork skills, and social awareness.<\/p>

      On the path of promoting social enterprise development, we adhere to the concept of \"give first, receive later.\" We understand that true public welfare is not about immediate benefits, but about continuous dedication and long-term impact. We encourage young people to engage in public welfare, but also remind them that the path of public welfare requires clear goals, firm beliefs, and lasting perseverance.<\/p>

      Our working method follows a three-stage model from \"I do, you watch,\" to \"We do it together,\" to \"You do, I watch,\" aiming to cultivate independent and responsible social entrepreneurs. We believe that only through continuous effort and mutual support can we create a better future for all.<\/p>

      In 1993, the foundation organized its first delegation to visit mainland China, which media on both sides of the Taiwan Strait called a \"ice-breaking journey.\" Over time, cross-strait audiovisual cultural exchanges have served a certain function, for example: the Straits Forum, where Taiwan is one of the main organizers.<\/p>

      In 2020, our foundation and the audiovisual association established the College Youth Film and Audio Development Committee. We have successively organized activities such as the \"WE Love Cross-Strait Youth Short Film Competition,\" the \"IM Cross-Strait Youth Film Festival,\" and the \"Film for Love College Youth Short Film Shooting Exchange Camp.\" Our foundation serves as the Taiwanese co-organizer for these activities (specifically for the WE Love Cross-Strait Youth Short Film Competition).<\/p>
